vacuum hold-down system
If you require a more efficient way to hold down large sheets of material for processing, our vacuum hold-down system is the perfect solution.
The vacuum hold-down system allows you hold down large sheets of materials in mere seconds with the press of a button and includes a 4-zone table, this allows you to close off any unused zones for use with smaller sheet sizes.
This system can be used in conjunction with our t-slot option for ultimate work-holding capabilities.
4th-axis rotary systems
With our existing cnc packages, we also offer an additional 4th-axis rotary system. Having this additional system adds rotary cutting and indexing capabilities to our Kelbrand Cam cnc machines for material turning and steel tube cutting( Plasma series ) applications.
This package includes both the self-centering 4-jaw chuck and tailstock, linear rail guides and a solid mounting base which allows for easy and efficient setup. The rotary system can be mounted anywhere on the working area base of the cnc router/plasma table.
automatic toolchanger
Need to machine parts that use multiple tools? Our automatic toolchanging system takes the effort out of manually changing a tool and remeasuring to part. The system we offer automatically measures each tool height so that you don't have to. Included with this package is a movable tool-length sensor which can be used for locating material height accurately and efficiently.
Our standard toolchanging system includes 10 tools, we can however manufacture to suit your needs.
closed-loop stepper
motors
If you are looking for more enhanced axis motion, look closely at our closed-loop stepper motor option.
A closed-loop stepper motor delivers more torque and speed than traditional open-loop stepper motors.
The closed-loop encoder provides constant feedback signals to the stepper motor - if the motor loses it's position within a set threshold, it will recover lost steps - If position loss exceeds this threshold, it will alarm
out the machine and notify the user and thus preventing possible major damage to the machine.
If position loss occurs in an open-loop system, the machine will proceed as normal even though it has lost it's position within the job file.
manual toolchanger
In addition to our automatic toolchanging system, we also offer a manual toolchanger for those who are looking to add extra capabilities to their Kelbrand Cam cnc router at an affordable price.
This system will accurately set and retain material heights every time after you manually change out a tool in the spindle, allowing for an effortless workflow.
t-slot fixturing table
A very useful option if you want to optimize part and fixture loading. Used with provided T-slot clamps, this eases up the effort of loading large and small materials onto the work area table.
The T-slot option can also open up more possibilities such as the ability to mount vices or even a movable rotary attachment onto the machine table.
This option is also available with our aluminium tables.
vacuum dust bracket
The vacuum dust bracket is designed for used on our machines and keeps the working environment free of dust particles while cutting materials.
This will also keep the working components of the machine clean from dirt accumulation.
When changing tools, the bristles can be easily removed - or replaced if damaged or worn.
