We manufacture a range of different cnc router and plasma tables, each with different specifications such as work area dimensions and driving systems to suit your specific needs. We also offer various add-ons to increase the capabilities of your Kelbrand Cam cnc router/plasma machine.
Our cnc router range is divided into 3 series - LITE/STANDARD/HEAVY :
kb lite series
We have recently introduced our new light duty cnc series, which offers most features and control systems on our standard cnc router series but at a more affordable and convenient price range.
The frame system is light duty( No tubular frame structure ) and excludes a dual ballscrew system.
Similar to our standard series, this machine uses 16mm ballscrew and not leadscrew drive systems. This gives you the required accuracy at no compromise.
If you are looking to step into the world of cnc for the very first time or need a backup machine that is accurate and reliable, this may be the package for you.
kb standard series
This series includes a standard duty frame system which is mounted on a rigid steel tubular frame and is well suited for most required materials :
-Non - ferrous metals
-Wood composites
-Plastic composites
Suitable Applications :
-Furniture manufacturing
-Large mould formats
-Logo design and screen tiling
-Tooling design
-Fixturing and milling of extruded components
This range is available in both rack and pinion or ballscrew driving systems.
kb heavy series
Designed for maximizing the benefits of our various add-on options
available with our systems.
-Heavy duty frame system
-Larger under-gantry clearance
-Increased Z-axis travel
-Larger gauge structural components used in X,Y and Z-axes
-20mm linear rail used on all axes
All of these features allow for taking larger depths of cut, increased rigidity with less vibration and ultimately increasing the final cut quality.
This range is available in both rack and pinion or ballscrew driving systems.
kb mill series
Our KB Mill Series is designed with the machinist in mind :
-Most features and add-on options available for our standard cnc router series
-Heavy cast iron base and column
-T-slotted steel table
-Auto axes greasing system
-400mm x 300mm work cube
-Streamlined motion controller and software
plasma series
Our plasma series can cut up to 12mm steel and comes standard
with a fully integrated torch height controller.
Steel sheets are warped by nature - with a torch height
controller, the plasma torch can automatically adjust the height to compensate for plate warp, allowing for a smooth cut without
torch collision to the material.
Included with this series is a dust filtration water table, which
eliminates smog and dust particles while cutting - keeping dirt
accumulation to a minimum.
